A great initial 3 month FTC Recruitment function for a big organisation in the viaduct seeking a really flexible and competent end-to-end recruiter to assist and support the team. this function has potential to go permanent, however the initial requirement is a start of approx. 2 weeks time (a little longer would be fine for the right person) It’s all about hitting the ground running, rolling with the internal recruitment processes and advising best practice to hiring managers and hiring teams. this function will be busy, and while initial training in the office will be essential, in time you will have a flexible working week with a day or two in the house.
 
This position is best suited to Somebody with recruitment practice of no less than 3 years, and who has a capable and calm approach to a busy desk. You will work in a cohesive team of 6, and have plenty of support around you, however Information technology is still a requirement that you are proactive and independent in your tasks as the team is busy! You will have practice with at least one recruitment CRM, and be efficient and proactive about managing the recruitment process. This is an end-to-end internal function for a large firm, therefore the right person for this position is going to enjoy variety and a high level of professional engagement with great internal teams, and candidates.
 
The function is initially a three month FTC, however this could become a permanent offer to the right person, and offers a income that reflects competitive market rates.
 
You will be located in the viaduct, in corporate offices, requiring a professional level of personal presentation. this function has a requirement of a start date within the next 2 weeks, however for the right person there is a possibility the team can wait 4 weeks.
