Lead by a passionate management team, this company is leading the way in their industry. Open since the 70’s, this business is going from strength to strength. Working across logistics and agriculture, they deal with a variety of people and systems. They have a strong customer base and are needing a strong administration team to help them hit their goals.
tasks
• Stock reconciliations and adjustments
• Processing overseas purchase orders on inventory system
• Process sales orders and logistics
• Monthly Accounts Payables
• Monthly payroll for 3 employees
• Bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly Sales Reports
• Prepare annual Budget
• Prepare Cashflow periodically
• Follow up marketing calendar
• Some general PA work for the director.
expertise & practice
• Advanced Excel
• Excellent accounting expertise is essential
• practice using inventory software
• Payroll expertise
• Great attention to detail
• Shipping or logistics background would be a plus
The ideal person needs to be a confident multitasker, with the capability to think on your feet. You will need to be one step ahead and able to reprioritise to meet deadlines. Advanced Excel expertise and a strong accounting background are a must.
