About the function The Therapist in this function will be using a broad range of Occupational Therapy expertise including Neuro Rehab expertise to provide cognitive, functional, and environmental assessments for people at home. Clients/wh?nau include those with neurological conditions such as MS, Gullian Barre, Stroke etc who have been discharged home from hospital or referred by Primary Health. Other client groups include people requiring a Return-to-Work programme following Neurosurgery/other Neurological health conditions and older adults with a range of health conditions impacting on their function. About you The person in this function will be passionate about what Community Occupational Therapy and our broader team can offer to the well- being of our people.
