Our client is a very well-established market leader in their industry, selling high end, bespoke products to discerning clients across New Zealand. A rare opportunity has become available to join this high performing team as Sales and Operations Coordinator.

About the function: 
In this function you will be a key contact between the sales department, site managers, installers, delivery team and niche clients.
Your tasks will include:
   »
Collecting and processing the necessary information from the sales team to facilitate delivery
   »
Confirm site access requirements with project and site managers
   »
Obtaining delivery quotes for out of town deliveries
   »
Source and establish a network of delivery companies and agreed rates
   »
Coordinate and confirm pick-up times and deliveries to client's homes
   »
Run the Installation calender and manage bookings
   »
Ensure smooth running of deliveries
   »
Confirm container arrivals and devanning
   »
Process MPI and SiteSafe accreditation
About you:
   »
Previous customer service practice in a similar function will set you apart
   »
In this function you need to be a confident communicator with a passion for excellence in service delivery
   »
You are professionally presented, self-starter who takes ownership and pride in your work output
   »
Excellent organisational expertise are essential
   »
practice in the local building/construction industry preferred but not essential
   »
You are computer literate with excellent project management expertise
   »
You will need a valid driver's licence to use the company pool-car for site visits from time-to-time
