We seek to appoint an enthusiastic NZ registered teacher who is committed and enthusiastic with an in-depth expertise of the music curriculum and assessment practices.
The prosperous applicant will have a commitment to meeting the needs of learners in Y9-13 and able to teach NCEA music to Level 3. The person appointed to this position will be competent in teaching a range of classes. We expect an in-depth expertise of the music curriculum, effective pedagogies and of assessment practices (formative, summative and NCEA). Most importantly they will have a passion for teaching, a focus on students' learning and be able to create a quality learning environment.
This is an opportunity to work in a well-resourced department with a quality teaching team.
