The role:

This role consists not only of managing multiple residential development but also full end-to-end creation and delivery. You would be working amongst a lively & collaborative team environment with support from those around you. This role includes the following,
   » End to end project management delivery
   » Business case development
   » Scoping out and acquiring strategic development sites
   » Programme development
   » Health & Safety management
   » Portfolio analysis and planning
The Ideal Candidate:
   » Over five years experience- Construction Project Management across Residential
   » Innovative with a strong knowledge of the local Wellington property market (would be highly advantageous)
   » Financial literacy and the ability to manage multiple budgets and projects simultaneously
   » Self-starter/goal seeking with well-developed commercial acumen
   » The ability to problem solve, use initiative and display sound judgement
   » Highly developed relationship building capabilities
   » Quality driven while also being able to see the big picture
   » Hold a Bachelor degree in Property, Architecture, Project Management or a related field
