This is a national main contractor with a quality reputation in the market. They are focussed predominantly on mid to large sized projects below $30M and have a sizable team operating out of their Auckland office.

They have some major clients in the industrial space as well as working for developers on commercial buildings, multi residential, and warehouses. This projects is a complex processing plant with warehousing and office buildings. this function would be 20% on the tools and 80% site supervision. You would be superviseing carpenters and ensuring projects are being completed within quality parameters, on time and within budget. Other tasks include OSH, site administration, planning and managing subcontractors.

As a background, you will have a trade qualification and at least 5 years site practice gained with a commercial main contractor. You are well organised and can drive projects to their completion. You have high levels of attention to detail and communicate with ease.

income: Rate is $40p/h to $42/ph + $1 p/h tool allowance + time and quarter over 40 hours per week, plus vehicle + fuel card
