As a national supplier you will be helping their client across the Lower North Island. About the role A busy role where you will learn all about the steel and flow control trade and work with a supportive and friendly team! Your main duties and responsibilities will include; » Support the sales staff by taking phone orders (sometimes of quite a technical nature) » Processing all orders » Preparing quotes » Supporting walk in sales » Answering phone enquiries Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30 - 4.30 Skills & Experience » Must have exceptional customer service » Ideally at least 2 years in an administration role » Great telephone manner and attention to detail » Intermediate MS office » Organised and able to multi task and work in a bust environment » Ability to keep calm under pressure » It would be an advantage if you come from a trades background How to apply Click on the APPLY button attaching your CV and short cover letter.
