Ideally the appropriate candidate would excel under pressure, be a team player, is driven with good communication and results come naturally to you. Our client is seeking someone who is prosperous at delivering a multitude of projects at any time and can manage a project from tender, all over construction and the compliance stages. Whilst you will have no direct reports, there potentially will be opportunities in the future to develop and step up into a people management position. tasks • Manage all project development stages, including budgeting and ensuring liquidity and profitcapability measures are achieved. • Manage the tender and proposal process. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external parties • Identify, control, and monitor project risks. • Prepare presentations and project review documents. expertise & practice • Someone driven, self-motivated with great communication expertise. • significant tertiary level qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or Architecture. • The capability to coordinate multiple projects / consultants / contractors simultaneously. • Property sector practice and practice in leading a project team.
