This position will see you engaging with, and providing professional support to our rangatahi. A big part of your function will be assisting in the facilitation of care and support to our rangatahi through demonstrating positive behaviours and acknowledging personal influence on the life of youth. You will be working with a collaborative team who are passionate about Oranga Tamariki’s vision purpose and values. You will be supporting our Social Workers, managers and support teams in decision making, planning and case management. In this function, you will be responsible for engaging with whanau and other stakeholders to develop and deliver plans for our rangatahi. You will also be sharing your practices with our rangatahi and guiding them to achieve their best potential. You will be coordinating and escorting rangatahi to appointments, activities and supporting them at school.
