Applications are sought from choral conductors who have a proven record of performing choral music of outstanding merit or interest with young adults, who have the energy, enthusiasm and passion to maintain and improve performance standards, and can attract, inspire and retain choir members. The availability to play an active part in the non-musical operation of the choir is essential. The Director is paid a fee.
