About the function This is a very central function to the business as you will be the ‘go between’ for the customers, the support team, production team, and the warehousing staff. You will be working closely with the Regional Manager and Technical Manager to achieve sales and ensure customers are receiving top quality service, timely quoting on product and sound advice on offerings. You will be providing Customer Service and Sales Support to customers both over the phone, via email, and face to face and you’ll ideally have come from a product located sales support function that has involved quoting, pricing, ideally having been in a Team Lead or managery function.
