You will be tasked with running and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a company within the infrastructure field. The office is located in Petone, however, once you are up and running, you will have the option of working in the house a couple of days per week.about the function You will be kept busy with everything from ensuring approvals are in place, to placing ads, to liaising and advising managers, to liaising with candidates - The full recruitment process! You will also be big on relationship management with owning the relationships with recruitment agencies, Seek, and any recruitment-related companies. The current workforce sits at 350 however there is plenty of work to be done with this company in a growth phase due to recent funding from the government. Whilst a majority of the functions are at the executive level, there will be some blue-collar positions thrown in the mix. A varied function which requires someone to be able to adjust quickly to a fast-paced and sometimes reactive environment.
