The Client

Our client is a public sector organisation who works to support workplace training, nationally recognised qualifications for employees and is passionate about delivering exceptional results across the health and well-being sector.

The function

In this function you will work to support internal and external clients, provision accurate and efficient services to their clients and customers, process trainee enrolments and answer phone and email queries from customers. About you The team you will be joining is a close-knit, diverse and passionate team so you will be someone who is a real team player, likes to collaborate, and enjoys working with all types of people. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and have an awesome phone manner as this is a core component of the function.

expertise and practice

• practice in administration, customer service and/or call centres.
• CRM practice- a huge bonus but not essential if you tick the box elsewhere.
• Confidence talking over the phone.
• A fast leaner with great time management expertise.
