Specific expertise and expertise required are: Evening Manager Minimum of 35 hours per week - $26-$29.99 per hour » NZ Register Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) » NZ General Managers Certificate » 1 years practice in a similar function » planning menus in consultation with Chefs » planning and organising special functions » arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget » maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions » ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of appropriate appearance » conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service » selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff » may take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders We are seeking for a charismatic personality with a passion for building positive customer and staff relationships. Using the critical numbers which you will lgain through our Open Book Management system you will be responsible for growing and driving our evening service. Waiter Minimum of 35 hours per week - $25-$29.99 per hour » NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) » 6 months practice in a similar function » setting and arranging tables » greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists » taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff » serving food and beverages » opening bottles and pouring beverages » clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen » removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses » collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers » may recommend wines to complement food Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for delivering stand out customer service.
