The Position
This is a really great opportunity for somebody looking for part time work on the North Shore. Whether you’re a parent looking to return to work, or whether you’re just somebody who wants a little more time to enjoy your passions, this company are open to coming to an arrangement in terms of days/hours depending on the right candidate. this function would see you working anywhere between 20-30 hours per week and would likely see you working at least 3-4 days a week.
A truly varied function that will keep you stimulated, you’ll be a key contributor in major areas of the business working across both Health and Safety admin, to Finance Admin, and anything in-between. You’ll be a true all-rounder who thrives in a people centric team environment.
This position will see you:
• Attending to incoming visitors; first point of contact
• Recording and responding to customer queries
• Health and Safety Administration
• Facilities Management
• Generation of Purchase Orders & checking packing slips
• Receipting payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Ad-hoc reporting and other administrative tasks
To be prosperous in this position, you will have:
• Competency in Word, Excel and SAP (ideal)
• Excellent communication expertise; pleasant phone manner
• capability to prioritize and stay calm in high pressure environments
• capability to juggle demands and excellent organisation expertise
• The capability to start immediately
