The Employer
Our client offers a wide variety of building and construction services nationwide. You’ll be joining an awesome team working in supporting the National H&S Operations and Site Leaders. With massive opportunities to develop and progress within the business, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Administrator with some construction industry exposure to join a reputable NZ business.
 
The Position
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will be part of a close knit team of friendly and supportive colleagues. You’ll be the key person in providing exceptional support within the Health & Safety, Operations and Quality sectors of the business, so you’ll thrive in being the ‘go to’ that keeps everything running smoothly. On a day to day you can expect to be:
   »  Ensuring all documentation is stamped and accurately logged with minimal delays
   »  Completing incident reports with follow up actions
   »  Distributing weekly safety reports
   »  Policy administration and upkeep
   »  Assisting in arranging appointments, agendas and other meetings
   »  Assisting and preparing QA, Environmental or Health and Safety documentation
   »  General ad-hoc administrative and support tasks as requested
   »  Data Entry, report checking and resourcing of information
 
About You:
   »  We are seeking for someone who ideally has construction industry practice having worked in an administrative or similar support position
   »  You will be confidential, happy to help others, and genuinely enjoy being the initial point of contact – having no issues with working on a range of projects
   »  Down to earth, able to have a laugh, yet hold a high level of discretion and professionalism.
   »  Strong computer expertise (Excel) and a knack for picking up new systems with ease
   »  Exceptionally high level of attention to detail What’s on Offer?
