Job DescriptionWe are pursuing to appoint two Event managers in a fixed term part-time contract functions to support the delivery of upcoming Public Programmes over the July period. The Event manager is responsible for the onsite supervision and everyday operational delivery of specific events within the Public Programme calendar, ensuring each event is delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard within the agreed processes and templates, creating a great visitor practice.Desired expertise and practiceYou will bring with you:Essential expertise & practice: » practice in front-facing functions and interacting with the public. » practice in front-of-house event supervision, coordination, and logistics, in particular performing arts events. » Training or Tertiary qualification in event or project management is desirable. Competencies: » Excellent organisational and time management expertise. » capability to balance multiple tasks and priorities. » capability to problem solve. Personal Attributes: » Effective oral and written communication expertise. » Positive outlook and responds calmly to pressure. » Demonstrates the capability to problem solve and think on their feet. » A high level of attention to detail and quality You will be working with an organisation who truly values their people.
