This is a hands-on position, working closely alongside and supporting the recruitment consultants in branch. We are looking for someone with an ability to be involved in the day to day aspects of the role and grasp the various challenges that the recruitment world has for you. Focusing within multiple industry sectors across blue and white-collar business lines in temporary staffing, you will bring with you: » Demonstrated success in building sales » Commercial & financial acumen ensuring business success and profitability » Relevant recruitment or B2B consultancy/sales experience » To be considered for this role, you must have the right to work in NZ and hold a full class 1 drivers licence. You will have full P&L responsibilities, ensuring growth and close management of costs.
