Job Offer: Full Time Guest Services:Job description:Full Time Guest ServicesPayment: Paid Position ($21)Job location: Wanaka Region: Otago/Queenstown/Wanaka practice: Limited practice Necessary Listing Added: 20/11/2021 this function is an entry level position that will provide an opportunity to work and lgain in a highly regarded park, alongside the industry's best front line staff. The function is full time (30+hrs) and will cover a range of shifts within our opening hours 8am-9pm. Information technology includes shifts on both Saturday and Sunday, school holidays and public holidays. this function requires a mix of closing shifts, long shifts and split shifts, with two consecutive rostered days off during the week. Our team is small but dynamic. Everyone helps to get the product ready for our guests. this function includes a significant amount of of housekeeping and laundry tasks. You will need to consistently engage to a high standard with our guests from booking to check out and everything in between. Training will be provided in reservations, housekeeping, selling activities to guests, hiring out bikes and communicating with the team to ultimately ensure that the guests needs are met.
