We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our Canterbury Chatham Islands team, located either in Christchurch or Timaru. We will give you the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders, boards of trustees and Communities of Learning to achieve prosperous educational results for all students, with a particular focus on realising the potential of M?ori students and Pasifika students. You must be able to influence others with knowledge, skills and practice in improving student engagement and achievement. You will have a tertiary qualification, and appropriate practice and skills in: » building and sustaining prosperous relationships » using your analytical and evaluative skills to work with data and information to deal with complex problems and make decisions » an knowledge of the barriers to engagement » working with others to support and implement change initiatives.
