Come join New Zealand's fastest growing and most dynamic festival - TAHI!TAHI - New Zealand Festival of Solo Performance is a 9 day festival in Wellington that supports the curation and showcasing of New Zealand's highest quality solo performance. TAHI gathers soloists from around the nation, and beyond - from established to emerging practitioners - to present work, collaborate and make connections across the industry. From the 8 - 17 September 2022, TAHI is currently looking for expressions of interest for established works, new work in developments and theatre for young people. TAHI New Zealand Festival of Solo Performance is seeking: » Eight main bill shows for2-4performances: Professional, already premiered and reviewed, approx. 60 minutes in length. » Two children's solo shows fortwoperformances: Professional, already premiered and reviewed. » Hatch - three -night season for emerging artists: Two students (each) from Toi Whakaari, Te Auaha and Victoria University of Wellington who wish to develop a 15 minute solo show with support from TAHI Festival. » One Work in Development for a 3-4 night season: Brand new work, not yet premiered,foradevelopment season.
