Their aim is to provide high quality and safe pharmaceutical therapies through clinical trials. I am looking for a Nurse who is extremely passionate about research work or looking to take the leap into the research area. This organization does a lot of commercial research as well as investigator-initiated grants across 23 departments so if you wish to be a part of this organization, I would love to hear from you! advantages: • Competitive income (way more than any other research organisations) • 6 weeks annual leave • Wellness programmes • Christmas and New year shut down • No weekends, no on-calls, no shift work The Position The prosperous candidate will be an practiced Research Nurse or a registered nurse ready to make a change and to join a growing, passionate, kind and busy team. The prosperous candidate will be responsible for providing safe, high quality clinical care for trial participants, administering trial medication according to the study protocol, monitoring for Adverse and Serious Adverse Events and acting accordingly. You will be the participant’s advocate and liaison between the clinical and research teams. You • A NZ Registered Nurse with a current registration • Minimum 2 years current recent clinical practice • Excellent oral and written communication expertise, and an capability to manage pressure to meet varied trial deadlines. • Proactive and able to think on the feet • Good people expertise The Package An excellent income is available, plus bonuses; a 40 hour week working Monday to Friday starting at 8am with close proximity to public transport, several opportunities for further career advancement and personal development, on the job training.
