You are a trusted, senior business partner and an integral role within Human Resources. You will need to have: » Minimum 5 years core HR processes and systems (multi-national company background is desirable) » Talent Acquisition and driving recruitment campaigns » Learning & Development expertise » Co-Ordination of company lead initiatives - GPTW & GEOS » Onboarding and Employee Relations » Excellent understanding of systems - Workday, Hauffe, Umantis » Be time focused - detailed execution of tasks - is calm - solid - reliable » Proactive communication (written & verbal) » Resilient and inter-active in meetings » Confident, Inclusive and seeks out diversity » Solid people assessment skills » Proven objectives implemented and achieved » NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident » No criminal history » Full NZ Drivers Licence In return you will be compensated generously, including bonus and vehicle allowance.
