K?inga Ora has a unique opportunity for someone to join our organisation as a Senior Advisor – Pasifika to:
   » support improvements for Pasifika customers and communities
   » contribute to the development of policy and operational advice relating to Pasifika people and promote Pasifika cultures to our organisation.
The function includes remuneration of income $127,648 plus five weeks’ annual leave and a suite of additional benefits.

Ko t? m?tou mahi -? Our function
The Senior Advisor – Pasifika will deliver on our strategic objectives for Pasifika, and deliver key objectives to improve results for Pasifika people living in our homes and those looking to move into home ownership in a more culturally appropriate manner.
this function is also expected to contribute to the development of policy and operational advice, support our external and internal stakeholder engagement on interests and issues relating to Pasifika people, and promote Pasifika culture to our people and the organisation.

   » Demonstrated practice working with Pasifika communities, organisations and employees
   » Can demonstrate how connection to these networks has been beneficial in past functions to organisations; and also to communities
   » Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation, whilst working as part of a team
   » Commitment to supporting the achievement of positive results for Pasifika people and communities
   » capability to speak and write in a Pasifika language would be beneficial but not essential
   » practice in managing projects
   » Exceptional communication expertise, both written and verbal; Comfortable writing for a variety of audiences, from board papers to community notices
