As a careers advice provider, my client helps students step out of school with clarity and confidence. We all know the job market is changing fast and students need assistance in choosing a career path that is future-focused. This organisation has expert coaches that work with students while also using industry-leading psychometrics to develop a detailed report on their personality, strengths and ambitions. Giving the students clarity and confidence in choosing University subjects that are 100% suited to them. You will: » Be working with schools and education-related organisations to sell the offering » Be able to pivot to where the need is and not drop any opportunities » Have a strong strategic mind and realise each opportunity » Understand students of today My client seeks someone who understands students, education, or may even come from a recruitment background as you know what the drivers are in the employment market. You will be working with schools, not for profit, educational and government organisations to show them the benefits of the organisations offering. You will certainly need to have a strong knowledge of the market students are in. My client is also working with organisations that will be able to push our offering across NZ and beyond, so there is a requirement that the prosperous person be strategic, see opportunities and be hands-on to make Information technology happen. Strong, thought out communication is vital to add value. You do need to have good administration, social media and technical capability. Be able to multitask to the highest level as there are so many irons in the fire! Working in schools delivering programs, enhancing the offering and being a key person within the team to coordinate to make Information technology all happen.
