Job Opportunity: Compliance Lead:ACC_hainesJob description:Job DescriptionOur Enterprise Risk and Compliance team is focused on supporting ACC’s capability to achieve its objectives and strategic intentions. We have an opportunity for a Compliance Lead to help us accomplish this.About the function: The Compliance Lead is a varied and influential function. Responsibilities include: » The establishment, delivery, and continuing maintenance of a comprehensive compliance programme » Providing high quality oversight, challenge, and advice on ACC’s suite of corporate policies and existing compliance practices » Working to mature compliance practices at ACC to a level that that befits ACC’s size, its compliance obligations, and the scope of its operations » Ensuring that reporting deliverables are produced on time to the desired level of quality » Providing expert expertise on compliance matters » Coaching, developing, and mentoring. With some large scale, complex and critical programmes of work underway, this is a compensateing opportunity not to be missed. What we need from you to be prosperous in the function: We are pursuing Somebody with a legal background, possibly from a large financial services organisation or similar. You will have a proven track record in compliance, including leading the development of a compliance programme and continuous improvement initiatives.
