Compliance Affiliate ManagerLocation Manukau & East AucklandAuckland Job type Full Time Salary 80,000 to 90,000 Category Trades and Services > Security » South Auckland location » Challenging & diverse role » Growth opportunity Our client is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to and enforcement of compliance with our affiliate Terms and Conditions, and regulations from government and industry agencies. In this role, you will investigate violations, monitor the marketplace, develop and deliver education on compliance and good ethical behaviour, and enforce standards through well-publicised guidelines. Responsibilities: » Investigate all affiliate violations and communicate course of action to relevant parties » Educate on compliance issues and best practices » Continually evaluate and improve compliance practices » Maintain relationships with stakeholders » Ensure employee and visitor safety » Contribute to and maintain a positive, safe work environment Requirements: » Business degree essential » Knowledge of legal terminology and relevant government regulations » Strong research, writing, and communication skills » Conflict resolution experience » Analytical and detail-oriented » Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment » Positive attitude » Experience in Direct Selling or Franchise industry preferred You will have had a minimum of 2 years experience, and a want to ensure all aspects of this business are secure in a fast paced business.
