Ideally you’ll have had some practice working with stock either in a retail function or a customer service position, however if you have the right attitude and relicapability, you will pick up product expertise quickly. This position is 25 hours a week, however if a full time job is what you are after, you would be trained into other areas of the business serving customers and working within the wider team. You will be joining an practiced and established team, and have plenty of support while learning the ropes. The key to your success in this function is your capability to connect with customers and go the extra mile.
