We are pursuing an Arts Administrator who can hit the ground running with their exceptional administrative expertise. This is no typical Admin function as you will be working across a diverse creative sector supporting multiple project streams and priorities. No two days will be the same as you will be organising focus groups, wananga, workshops, and meetings and also providing a wide variety of project administrative support to our project leads. Key expertise and attributes We are seeking for: » Superb organisational and administrative expertise - attention to detail and accuracy is a must! » capability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. » Technology whizz - especially Office 365 suite and database management » Digital guru - love for all things web and social » Strong interpersonal expertise and excellent relationship management expertise (customer focused mindset) » Team player - committed to a regular office presence and protocols and recognises when all hands to the pump is needed to meet deadlines. » Financially literate and good with numbers » Culturally competent - good grasp of te reo would be an advantage » Flexibility and adaptcapability Applications close 16 March 2022 Links & Contact info: About Ng?
