Travel to Wellington will be required once per month with travel costs being covered by Ara Poutama Aotearoa. M? te t?nga |About the function The primary purpose of this position is to support regional frontline managers in building the capcapability of their team. The Development Adviser provides advice and guidance on the learning and development tools and solutions available, provides assessment of current capcapability levels and training needs and ensures that key processes, such as onboarding new staff, are properly supported and managed at each site.
