This is a rare opportunity to join our leadership abilities team providing everyday client facing operational leadership abilities and management in one of our busy Service Centres.
The function will see you leading service centre staff with operational direction, superviseing workflow distribution, ensuring staff receive coaching, information and support to undertake their function effectively so they can deliver sustainable results for clients. You'll do this by leading a high-performance, people centric culture that delivers the range of MSD services and products to clients.
You'll lead the site team to meet the current and future expectations and demand for services, whilst contributing to results that align to the Ministry's strategic priorities.

You're an innovative and inspirational leader who has had success being front and present in a busy service delivery environment. Your leadership abilities style is inclusive and one that uses diverse perspectives to enhance robust decision making.
Service excellence resonates strongly with you, as you'll play a key leadership abilities function in an integrated services response, fostering an environment where we work together to achieve positive change in the lives of people, their wh?nau and their communities through the timely and seamless delivery of client centred services.
Ideally you'll already have established stakeholder relationships and practice, working in partnership with wh?nau, hap?, Iwi and other community organisations in the region.
You have a vision of what a great working environment looks like and you are able to articulate how you respond effectively to the key priorities for the wider Waikato Region and MSD.

   » Manage planning for everyday resourcing which provides for sufficient capacity and capcapability to deliver services to meet everyday service demand, including workforce planning and workflow management.
   » Co-ordinate the management and maintenance of the Review of Decision process, ensuring all processes and procedures meet legislative requirements.
   » Lead the management and early resolution of complaints, including the identification of areas for improvement
   » Strong problem-solving expertise and the capability to exercise sound judgement in decision-making.
   » Excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written.
