The team focuses on end-to-end policy integration covering early learning, compulsory schooling, and tertiary including M?ori medium, te reo M?ori, Pacific and Learning Support. The function A six month contracting function, working within the Pathways and Transitions department as a part of the Literacy and Numeracy team you will be involved in implementing policy, from design through to operation you will help shape the education system. New standards are being developed for 2024 and this function will shape the developing standards and assessments for the new requirements as well as supporting the sector. About you I’m seeking a Senior Policy professional who has practice in a senior policy function and ideally has expertise within the education sector, and literacy and numeracy practice and is familiar with machinery of government or working within the public sector.
