Yes, this is a key function so you need at least 1 year in Hotel F&B. Proven practice in functions and events will be an advantage. It's important you are flexible for shifts that include weekends and can demonstrate a passion for developing the next generation of hospitality professionals. You are looking for a function where you can bring your creativity to work and inspire a team. A solid financial knowledge of budgets, wage costs, revenue and cost control systems will set you in good stead, as will practice with stock management and rostering. this function is for a minimum 30 hours per week.
