Retail Sales ConsultantJob location:Waikato Rest of Waikato Work Type: Permanent » » » » Cambridge location, easy parking and good foot traffic » Great earning potential with commission on all sales » Part time OR Full Time; must include Sat/Sunday The Company You will be part of a family owned business who are one of the largest privately owned retail groups in New Zealand. With 16 different stores and brands across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty they look after their people well and can offer genuine opportunities for career advancement. This store sells quality bedding, furniture and homeware products; some of the best brands in the market. The Job As one of 3 sales people in store at one time you’ll be selling the full range of beds and bedroom furniture. With excellent product and sales training you’ll be provided all the tools you need to succeed and gain great commission. There is a base income plus you’ll gain commission on everything you sell – easily seeing $30/hr plus. You have the flexibility to work either part time or full time, but Information technology does need to be both Saturday and Sunday. The Ideal Person A quality sales person is passionate about creating great practices for customers. Your drive and energy will shine and your communication expertise and confidence helping customers source the right products is key. First and foremost we need an practiced sales person, if you have furniture and bedding sales practice that would be great, but in reality personality and attitude trumps all, so if you are a well presented, really well spoken, and ambitious sales personality – I’d love to hear from you!
