The ideal candidates willbe someonewhoisready to hit the ground running. You will enjoy building relationshipswitha?can do' attitude. You need to be a team player and willing to provide support, co-ordination and implementationfor a work programme that is consistent withour Strategic Plan. » The first candidate needs to have a growing knowledge of tikanga, practice at working within a Kaupapa M?ori service and a strong analysis of Mahi T?kino (Sexual Violence). » The second candidate needs to have practice working in the not-for-profit sector, a strong analysis of sexual violence and capacity to build relationship with key stake holders. Our organisation is a unique ?two-whare' model of governance and service. practice of working within a TeTiritilocated organisation and knowledge of the not-for-profit sector will be an advantage.
