HR AdvisorJob location:Wellington Wellington Central Work Type: Contract Hourly » » » »WFH flexibility – upto 3 days a week »Hourly rate reflective of practice – Contractor or Temp function »0.7 or 1.0 FTE in a contract until EO December 2022 The Organisation This organisation is a primary care network and not for profit social enterprise which provides quality primary health care services to an enrolled population of 331,000 people across the Wellington, Porirua, Wairarapa and K?piti areas. They also work in two health alliances they employ around 160 people and contract with 58 medical practices, eight of which provide Very Low Cost Access services. The function The main purposes of this function are to support the COVID team on a day to day basis with general Human Resource tasks. You will be actively involved in Recruitment by posting ads and assisting the team with systems and processes. You will come in to hit the ground running as this is such a short term function. You’ll also be helping the HR Coordinator when they need supervision. Core expertise You will have at least 2-3 years of practice as an HR Advisor and be immediately available t come into this function. You will be able to manage ER cases from start to finish and also be comfortable managing the HR Coordinator when required (underneath the HR Manager). You’ll have great communication expertise and the right to work in New Zealand.
