This is an opportunity to deliver significant results for the people we serve through the policy’s team mahi, and you will be recognised and compensateed for your achievement.
You’ll be recognised as a thought leader, bringing innovative approaches to solving complex problems. Working collaboratively, you’ll support robust decision making by the ACC Board, Senior Management and Ministers through effective use of evidence and maintaining strong relationships.

What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function will involve the following:
   » An practiced policy professional who is passionate about delivering robust, significant policy advice to decision makers
   » practice within a regulatory environment, ideally with practice in a financial or economic field and/or a health sector function
   » Sound judgement with an analytical capability allowing you to assimilate complex information and provide advice accordingly
   » Superb relationship management and communication skills allowing you to present information in a significant way
   » A natural capability to form strong, credible relationships with stakeholders across an organisation
   » Inclusive, safe and collaborative working style which creates space for diverse perspectives
   » Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and knowledge of its application to the function
