They are one of the leaders in their industry and work with well known brands. They have been established for decades and have not slowed down during lockdowns. You will be joining a team who really care for their employees and their career development. About the function: » Taking care of the front line diagnostics of faults and initial repairs » Using your expertise to identify preventative strategies within the business » Being responsible for being the SME of all aspects of compliance » Identifying capital improvements » Develop and execute fit for purpose maintenance strategies » Welding practice as well as completing lubrication activities » Coordinate specialised subcontractors when required. » Maintain and develop internal and external relationships About you: » Have practice leading and setting maintenance strategies » Enjoying working in a team but also able to work your own » Qualification or indentured tradesperson » level 4 or higher in Electrical and or Mechanical engineering » Excellent computer expertise practice, including Microsoft office. This is a Monday – Friday function, no weekends work required. During the week you will be required to be on call. This company is progressively growing and you will be part of their journey. You will be the sole Maintenance Engineer for the company, however as they grow you will be expected to manage a small team.
