Just For A Week Or Two Or MoPayment: Paid Position (20.00)Job location: Takapau Region: Gisborne/Hastings/Napier/Hawkes Bay practice: No practice Necessary Listing Added: 01/03/2021 We require an energetic person to help with our dairy and cattle farms 10 minutes from Takapau township. Waipukarau is in Central Hawkes Bay 20 minutes away from the farms with supermarkets etc 50 minutes from Napier/Hastings. We milk alongside our other young staff members (all of us aged 30 approx) 500 cows through a 44 aside herringbone cowshed, we also have two other properties which run our young animals. tasks will include milking cows, fencing, shifting irrigators, tractor work and other general tasks. Our immediate project is erecting new fences on a new property in a hurry! so if your handy with tools that would be a bonus. The start date is immediate or negotioable, you could help us out for a week to see if you want to stay longer with the view of staying 3 months or even permanent if both parties agree. Unfortunately we don't have any accomodation to offer as we are upgrading the house so if you have a campervan or seem like a great potentional employee we can arrange something (anythings possible for the right person).
