They represent clients across a range of vertical construction categories such as hotels, education, apartments, mixed use, retail, industrial, and corporate fit outs. Due to the growth of their Wellington office, they now have a great opportunity for a driven SPM to join them and perform project management across a range of projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy background with proven practice on a broad range of commercial projects covering such areas as project management, project planning, procurement and contract administration and construction management We are seeking for candidates with 20 years of practice with a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, Engineering or Property.
