About this function:
The purpose of this function is to provide effective coordination, administrative and financial project support looking after a specific portfolio. The projects are highly dynamic so you will need to be comfortable working with change, quality demand and a certain level of ambiguity.

• Ensuring accurate and effective information management
• Provide effective coordination, administrative and financial project support
• Ensuring accurate and effective information management
• Work with Project Manager to ensure projects comply with organisations records and information management policies.

expertise & practice:
To succeed and grow within these companies, candidates must:
• expertise of project planning and project management tools and processes (practice using MS Project and Excel preferred but not essential)
• Project coordination practice in medium-large projects within a complex environment.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication
• capability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated research and analytical capability
