Tohu o Uenuku, Nathan Homestead Pukepuke(Manurewa) andPapakura Art Gallery.We welcomecreative projects, whether it's an exhibition, installation, event, or activity, acrossa range of artistic forms. You might be an established painter, graphic designer, digital artist, sculptor, installation artist, photographer, jeweller, sound artist, fashion designer, musician, or writer. You might be a student or a creative practitioner who has completed works you think are ready to be shared with the public or you may be from a community group ororganisationthathas a creative programme you are looking to launch. We are seeking for creative projects, whichachieve the following: » will be ready to take place between 1 January and 30 June 2022 » are appropriate for oneof the arts facilities listed above » exploreplaces, people and themes significant to the community where the art facilityis located » are well-developeduniqueconcepts » by creative groups, collectives or individuals from the respective local board area for each art facility (i.e. Franklin, Manurewa) and from wider Auckland » celebrateM?ori culture and support te reo M?ori » reflectmana whenua m?tauranga. Auckland Council recognises te Tiriti o Waitangi/the Treaty of Waitangi as a foundational document on which local government in Auckland works to deliver M?ori aspirations.We recognise that Auckland's M?ori identity is its unique point of difference in the world and celebrate M?ori culture and te reo M?ori.We seek to build on this identity in our Arts Facilities.
