You To succeed in this function you will bring a strong clinical leadership abilities expertiseet in an acute care setting with previous practice as a NUM, charge nurse or senior Nurse. You will bring a keen eye for strategic management of clinical staff, financial and material resources. In addition, key will be the capacity to lead and inspire a team of likeminded professionals and act as a passionate mentor. It will suit both an practiced perioperative clinical manager or a senior nurse looking to take the next step into Management.
