The function

The Project Coordinator will support the Company in one of their busiest teams, working with general managers and project managers to ensure the business runs smoothly, the coordination of people and appliances. You will be highly involved with on-going construction projects around Wellington.
 
Your function will include;

• Local project file management
• Managing POs and approvals
• Ensure that site documentation and health and safety procedures are undertaken
• Manage and monitor subcontractor agreements, contract extensions and process claim management
• Supporting the project managers with administration tasks

expertise & practice

• practice within an administration position (within the construction agency desirable)
• Well presented and professional
• practice with PO and finance processes
• Well written and verbal communication expertise
• Confident with excel, word and MS
• A real go-getter – Looking for a function you want to progress, lgain and grow!
