As duty Manager, you will be leading the shift in the absence of the Hotel or Restaurant Manager. This is a hands-on function and you will be working in active operation. Your key responsibilities are: » Make sure your team operates efficiently » Maintain customer satisfaction » Prevent / solve issues as they arise » Maximise sales The day to day operations involve: » Morning breakfast / cafe service from 7:00 - 10:00 » Snowman Spa from 09:00 - 21:00 » Housekeeping from 08:00 - 14:00 » Rice Restaurant service from 15:00 - 22:00 Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, you must be available to work on weekends. You will be reporting to the Hotel manager and Restaurant manager. Depending on your skills, you may be working morning or afternoon shifts. Key Skills & Requirements: - Attention to detail - Team Management - Reliable and honest - Great initiative - Good communication - Positive customer service - Time management and capability to prioritise - LCQ or previous practice are a plus The right attitude displaying the above characteristics is essential.
