Customer ServicesJob location:Auckland Manukau & East Auckland Work Type: Temporary » » » Customer Services/Warehouse (Mount Wellington) • Motivated? Seeking great culture/fit in Mount Wellington • 4 days on, 3 days off (40 hours/week), neg $27/hr • Free onsite parking! Very sociable, happy friendly work ‘family’ Intro • A large company in the health sector that supplies the DHB’s/Hospitals with product, you will be in a varied customer services/operations function with a colleague • As a Temp initially, with the opportunity to apply for permanent too!! (a separate application) • And, depending on your practice, there may be other functions available too! So do apply if any practice in the below The function • Responding to customer emails • Following up on ETA (estimated time of arrival) • Getting track and trace • Some inventory work • Using SAP system and Smart Freight for Despatching (training on) • Basic Excel required with attention to detail Shift Hours • Two people sought! • Ideally to do some weekend work, for example a “4 on - 3 off” shift, where one person works 10hrs Sunday to Wednesday (off Thursday - Saturday) and a second person works Wednesday to Saturday (off Sunday - Tuesday) • On the weekend you will backfill others and do some inventory work so someone who would be quite flexible would be ideal • Extra overtime hours are available too if keen! You • Will have computer/customer service or dispatch expertise • An interest in the Warehouse environment On offer • $27/hour approx (includes holiday pay), paid weekly (equiv to $56,000) • Have three days off a week! Still paid 40 hours • Free onsite parking • Training on systems • Very social team • Lots of work lunches/after work drinks • A close ‘work family’ • Overtime available • Bus routes nearby • Cafes handy • continuing work, interest in permanent too?
