About the team: As a business unit within Te Kawa Mataaho, Public Service Commission, LDC is the primary delivery vehicle for system-wide leadership abilities development. The LDC is focused on developing consistent learning practices across the public service to build strong leadership abilities capabilities and encourage shared mindsets in our leaders. The focus of the LDC is currently broadening to also include the expertise and skills that are unique to being a public servant. this function supports the delivery of this development.
