Primary function: Working closely with your manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellent operations of overall HR areas of the company - i.e. compensation & benefit, performance evaluation, learning & development, employee relations, cultural initiatives, etc. We have a separate person to manager recruitment matters, but you may need to support him/her from time to time to make sure smooth HR operations of the company. Duties and Responsibilities: » In charge of general HR operations including but not limited to: o compensation & benefit, performance evaluation, learning & development, employee relations, cultural initiatives, etc. » Support your manager to make proper decisions on all people-related matters. » Ensure policies and procedures are to meet the legal requirements of NZ, proactively communicating with your manager and the management. » Implement the company's HR policies & programs based on the global guideline and try to create the best practice. » Provide support for your manager with possible advice or recommendations on HR matters. » Manage performance evaluation process according to HQ's guideline and advice. » Implementation of organizational change including restructures if needed in liaison with your manager, the management, and/or an external advisory. » Design and implement learning & development plan and training programs with your manager. » Manage the operations of recognition programs, training programs, cultural initiatives, etc. with proactive communication with your manager and the employees. » Support your manager so that Health & Safety at workplace can be maintained at all times. » Maintain HR documentation & data (online & offline) up-to-date in line with the global system. » Ad-hoc tasks related to People & Culture of the company. Qualifications and Experience » 2-3 years' experience in an HR generalist role (preferably in New Zealand) » Tertiary qualifications in HR is preferred. » Previous experience in a creative agency will be highly advantageous. » Proven track record of success in overall HR areas will be a plus. » Organizational & communication skills, time management, and attention to detail » Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills (advanced excel skills highly desirable) » A flexible approach to work but in line with the legal requirements & company policy Apply directly for this role located in Albany North Shore Auckland, email your updated resume to aridderhof@adecco.co.nz Adecco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
