Roller OperatorLocation All OtagoOtago Job type Full Time Salary to Category Trades and Services > Labourers » Seasonal Road Works - Sealing Season (6 months) » Reputable Company » Camp Allowance Our client is a giant in the roading world and need a competent Roller Operator to join their team during the sealing season. The season will run from September to March and hours will be plentiful weather depending. This role will include weekend work (every second week), out of town jobs and long days weather permitting. This role also includes labouring duties, such as traffic control, tying down plant and maintaining gear in respectable condition. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following: »W,T,R and a clean driving record »Construction or civil experience »Class 2 & 5 License as well as STMS would be advantageous »Health and Safety focused »MUST be able to travel for up to 30% of the season »Provide a minimum of two work related referees »Have good people skills and take direction »Ability to work in a small team, and have the initiative to work alone »Take responsibility of your own work. This is a temporary role; however future opportunities are available for someone with the right attitude and enthusiasm.
